With an aim of inspiring the young minds to discover diverse career opportunities in Indian Navy, a special lecture titled “Indian Navy – A Career of Adventure, Responsibility and Lifelong Learning” was organized at the Vivekananda Hall of Ramakrishna Mission Ashrama, Hatamuniguda, on 14th August, 2026.
Lieutenant Arnav Singh Patiyal, Headquarters Eastern Naval Command, Visakhapatnam conducted the programme. In his highly inspiring and insightful address, he discussed the various facets of the Indian Navy with several video clips and encouraged the students to explore its diverse and rewarding career opportunities.
The lecture was followed by an engaging Q&A session, wherein the students actively interacted with the speaker. Shri Ranganath Banerjee, Principal welcomed the audience and Swami Prabhuvarananda proposed the vote of thanks.
